Our sins covered once and for all

Our sins were/are covered by the blood once and for all after Jesus offered himself as a perfect sacrifice on the cross. So let us not again lay down the foundation of the same things and habits that held us captive just like when we were still in the world prior to knowing Christ. For it was impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to cleanse the conscience of man from the guilt of sin. However, Jesus Christ being the perfect high priest through His blood we received redemption there by becoming holy once and for all by the sacrifice of His body. So let us go back to the first love just like when we first received Christ. Being conscious of every step we make, guarding our hearts there by living for God for the rest of our mortal lives in this flesh.
